Plantar Fasciitis

Commonly, Plantar Fasciitis is characterized as “pain on first steps in the morning”.  This is a condition where the major ligament holding your arch (the plantar fascia) is weakened at it’s attachment at the heel bone.  However, a number of other reasons can cause heel pain.  The heel is a sensitive area with numerous nerve endings and a fantastic blood supply.
